Why there is so much food on this blog

Well, I eat every day so it is a subject close at hand. This past year has brought some changes to my eating habits and keeping track of and celebrating good food is a way to keep me on a healthy and fun eating cycle. Some of the changes I've taken on include making food at home even items like breads and sauces. Cutting out chemicals, liquid corn (high fructose corn syrup), hydrogenated oils, changing to sea salt and diversifying the foods I eat.

Now I spend more time in the kitchen and less time in front of the tv. Not such a bad thing!
